✅ Returnable Products
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:
- The product does not match what was ordered.
- The product is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue.
- The wrong product was shipped.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- Unused.
- In original packaging with all included accessories.
❌ Non-Returnable Products
- Used or opened products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or poor storage.
- Return requests submitted after more than 7 days from delivery.

- For personal reason returns, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
